Our Founder
Marvin Rucker, Certified Master Coach
As the founder of Lose Your Mindset, Marvin is no stranger to Personal Development. With over three decades of Sales, Business, and Leadership experience including over 15 years as a Coach, he feels fortunate to be able to impact countless lives along the way. He believes that everyone wants to be a better version of themselves. He is an author, speaker, trainer, and coach who is challenging the idea that mediocrity and limiting beliefs are just a part of life and success is only for a select few.
One of his core beliefs is that a life worth living is a life that is used to help others. His drive and purpose are focused on helping people and creating a positive impact in the world. Transformational change begins on the inside and to truly change you must change from the inside out. That goes for personal change as well as career and organizational change. He has the tools needed to help you reach your full potential and achieve your goals, whatever your aspirations.
Marvin is a problem-solver and innovative self-starter, with expertise in delivering in-person or remote coaching and training programs. He has a proven history of providing content, cultivating and nurturing relationships, and delivering results. Marvin has a strong EQ, a growth mindset, excellent listening, interpersonal communication, and leadership skills. He is a public speaker and knowledge expert, with experience delivering presentations to groups large and small. He is service-minded and a lover of people, with an extreme amount of grit and curiosity, with a significant focus on personal and professional development. His education and training complete his coaching arsenal – allowing him to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals.
